⚠️ Owner action: replace the bracketed company details (registered entity, governing city) before publishing.
1. Acceptance
By signing in to MyDhanMitra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions between you (the "Partner") and [Registered entity name] ("we", "the platform"). If you do not agree, do not use the console.
2. Eligibility & account provisioning
- The platform is a closed network. Accounts are created by your distributor or master partner — there is no public self-registration.
- You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent, and operating a legitimate business activity.
- Registration requires accurate identity details, Aadhaar and PAN for KYC. Services stay restricted until KYC is verified.
3. Account security
- Keep your Login ID, password, MPIN, OTPs and transaction PIN confidential. Activity under your ID is your responsibility.
- Sign out before leaving shared devices. Sessions are tied to your login.
- Notify your parent partner immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Permitted use
- Use the console only for lawful services enabled on your partner ID (DMT, AEPS, recharges, bill payments, wallet operations).
- Do not attempt to access another partner's data, probe APIs you are not entitled to, or overload the system.
- Do not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or transactions not backed by genuine customer activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing such patterns and to report them as required by law.
5. Wallet & fund movements
- Wallet load requests are credited after verification of the submitted UTR, bank details and payment proof. False or recycled proofs lead to rejection and may lead to suspension.
- Wallet-to-wallet transfers and add/less balance operations require the transaction PIN of the acting account.
- Clerical errors in credits/debits may be reversed with notice recorded in the ledger statement.
6. Services, fees & commissions
- Service availability depends on operator uptime (banking, AEPS, telecom, BBPS networks) and on your KYC status.
- Charges and commission rates follow the schedule shared by your parent partner and may change with reasonable notice; the current schedule supersedes any older one.
- Commissions accrue as per the configured slab and are visible in your commission statement, which is the authoritative record.
7. Transactions & disputes
- Once submitted with a valid transaction PIN, a transaction is considered authorised by you.
- Failed transactions are reversed automatically or after verification; disputed items must be raised with full reference ID within [X] days.
- Statements and Excel exports provided in the console constitute the primary record for disputes.
8. Suspension & termination
- We or your parent partner may suspend access for KYC issues, suspected misuse, security concerns or regulatory instruction.
- Closure requests go through your parent partner; pending settlements are cleared before closure, and statutory records are retained as per law.
9. Intellectual property
The MyDhanMitra name, logo and console interface are property of the platform owner. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them beyond the contractual right to operate your account.
10. Limitation of liability
- The console is provided on an "as available" basis. Planned maintenance and operator outages can interrupt services.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a transaction is limited to that transaction's disputed value.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from your sharing of credentials, PINs or OTPs.
11. Changes to these terms
Terms may be revised; the latest version, with its date, is available at this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revision.
12. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of courts at [City, State]. Questions: [email protected].
